FUTBAL Fun

I know...I am the worst blogger in the world. Those of you who are still reading this, way to persevere...so, it has officially been the busiest month ever..fun, exhausting, and full of a lot of time with students and friends!!! I want you in on a little secret...I have never much liked soccer. I know, it is the most poplular sport in the world. It is not that I do not like watching it, but it is one of the sports that I have never played. My good friend Ebru asked me to play a friendly two minute game with her against two other girls today. I thought, harmless, right?! Well, I follwed everyone's lead and a took off my shoes...BIG MISTAKE! Half way through the first minute...I thought, "my toes hurts.." I looked down to see my toe nail completely flipped up! OUCH! The funny thing is that I continued to played this meaningless two minute game and I hurt the other one too. I am laughing in pain to my friend...My toes are bleeding!!! And she is limping because her food was hurt two. It was a pretty pathetic site! The ball was bloody...i could not even kick, but somehow we managed to tie! so, now I am sitting in my room with a frozen bag of peas on my toes all because I get too competitive for a two minute football game! I know it is not the prettiest story, but definitely one i will never forget! Don't worry all you soccer fans, i do not give up that easy!!!
